Christine Yee was destined to be in the food business. Her love for food started at a young age while working in the family restaurant in Regina, Saskatchewan - House Of Yee Chinese Foods.

After moving to Vancouver she was inspired to start her own healthy Asian-inspired food line. Her many memories of sharing delicious dumplings with her family sparked the idea to create a frozen dumpling that's made with quality ingredients, has no MSG and entirely gluten free.

To pay homage to her parents and grandparents, Christine named her business House Of Yee Fine Foods.
